Founding CTO @ Temidev — turning business goals into reliable, scalable, AI-native systems
I'm M. Aldian Rizki Lamani, currently serving as Founding CTO at Temidev (part of Temika Group), where I lead technology strategy, system architecture, and AI-native software development for business-focused digital solutions.
My work focuses on building software that solves real business problems — not just shipping features, but creating systems that are reliable, scalable, maintainable, and aligned with long-term growth. Temidev is an AI-native software, legal, and growth studio with an audit-first, client-portal delivery model.
Before this, I spent 7+ years building and scaling web systems as a fullstack engineer and tech lead — across frontend, backend, product delivery, team leadership, and technical planning.

I started my journey exploring web development in 2015, and have continuously grown through various roles and responsibilities:

- Led engineering teams at PT Global Unggul Mandiri (2019–2026), owning end-to-end responsibility for active products and projects
- Architecting scalable e-commerce platforms and CRM systems serving thousands of users
- Implementing AI-assisted coding practices to accelerate development speed
- Mentoring engineers to deliver high-quality, maintainable code
